Welcome to the Transition into Ministry Web site!

Transition into Ministry is the name of a Lilly Endowment funded program that seeks to provide resources to pastors in their earliest years of ministry (More history and background available here).

Our hope for this web site is that it would generate an online community of pastors in their first decade of ministry where experience, wisdom, and questions would be freely shared and a where friendships between pastors would flourish.  There is a login section for all those who are now or have been participants in a TiM program. 

If you are not a participant in a TiM program, we still want you to become a part of our online community.  You are now on the public side of the site which gives you access to a growing body of information, reflections, and resources on the early years of ministry.  You’re also invited to sign for the occasional TiM email newletter.
